Eye inflammation or iritis is not typically associated with psoriasis. However, there few cases with ocular inflammation and diagnosis of psoriasis. However, there are other conditions that may mimic psoriasis that have eye involvement and typically joint symptoms and possibly urinary symptoms.Few percentage of patients with psoriatic arthritis were found with iritis.
