there are also calming skin creams. there is even one for rosacea at drug stores. gold bond makes a calming lotion so does neutrogena. i think just about any lotion with chamomile in it is soothing and calming.

I used a green tinted foundation when I was a teenager (and that wasn't yesterday! LOL) because my cheeks were very ruddy and I was self conscious about it. It was from a range by Boots, a large UK chemist chain and called Boots No. 17 Color Corrective Fluid.

This stuff really did work and you only needed a tiny little bit of it. You applied to the skin and then put your normal foundation over it. Easy peasy and made me feel a lot better about myself back then. I know it sounds weird with it being green but once I tried it I was hooked and used it for years.

I don't know if they still make it though. Their website is http://boots.com if anyone wants to find out. You could always contact their customer service and ask if it's still available or if they have a similar product line. That was thirty years ago after all! Man, I'm getting old.

    Hope that helps!

    Default Soothe Regimen

You need to repair and strengthen the skin’s moisture barrier. The SOOTHE Regimen provides the skin with dimethicone, allantoin and lipids to fill in and repair this barrier.
