thank you for your formula, it looks easy enough even for me. almost everyone has oatmeal in cupboard! thanks again
Mix the ingredients together until a paste is formed.
Spread evenly over face and neck avoiding the eye
area. Sit back and relax, maybe through a couple of
sliced cucumbers on the eyes for the ultimate spa
experience. When the mask starts to feel a little
itchy, because the oats are drying, rinse with warm
water then cool water. Follow with toner and
moisturizer.
There are a variety of other ingredients you can use
in your oatmeal mask such as honey, yogurt, milk,
baking soda, etc. However, as with all skin care
products a patch test is always recommended.

Looks like I should try this too. Thanks
Oatmeal is one of the best and least costly ingredients for a homemade facial mask, and it works wonders.
Oatmeal Mask:
- 1/3 cup of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup of hot water
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp honey and
- 1 egg white.
Mix all ingredients. Stir well to incorporate the egg. After cleansing face and neck, use fingertips to pat the facial onto the skin, keeping away from the eyes. Leave facial on for 10 to 15 minutes as the facial dries and tightens the skin. Rinse off in the shower or with warm water and a wash cloth.
while you are doing the oatmeal mask maybe do an oatmeal bath at the same time. then every part of your body would feel soft and luxurious.
Pretty nice recipe. Is it expensive? But if it is, I don't care. I prefer using home-made skin recipe, coz they are more proven. And many people account for its effectiveness. Oatmeal is very healthy, inside and out. And that's a wonderful thing. The steps are comprehensible.
