What’s going on guys?

I've inherited bad skin from my mom's side of the family. My acne has pretty much been gone for a few years now but I’m 22 now and I’m still having skin problems.

I'm pretty sure they are white heads but I'm not 100 percent certain, so I decided to post here and see what you guys though. I've left them along for years in the hopes that they would just disappear, but I don't think that is going to happen anytime soon. So I'm wondering what I can do to cure my skin of this ugliness.

For three weeks I was using pro-active thinking that it would do something but it did nothing. Now I am just using some random cleansers that I had lying around. What do you guys think? Also, my pores are pretty large; what can I do to fix that aswell?

Personally I always used proactive. I strongly believe in the product, I think that it should work for you if you are patient and give it some time. If you would like blemish-free skin immediately I would suggest going to a doctor or skin care specialist. My sister did this multiple times as a teenager and the doctor always gave her something that had her acne free within a few days. Just my two cents Have a good day.
