    It is always suggested that hypothermia can harm you if there is too much difference between your body temperature and water temperature.

    Eating and waiting a while before taking a bath is a real myth.

    Hypothermia is a condition in which core temperature drops below that required for normal metabolism and body functions which is defined as 35.0 °C (95.0 °F). Body temperature is usually maintained near a constant level of 36.5–37.5 °C (98–100 °F) through biologic homeostasis or thermoregulation. If exposed to cold and the internal mechanisms are unable to replenish the heat that is being lost a drop in core temperature occurs. As body temperature decreases characteristic symptoms occur such as shivering and mental confusion.

    Bathing must be before meal. Or after 1 hour after meal.

    taking bath before and after the meal vary from person to person. like if i take bath right after meal i always ill with soar throat.

    It create some negative affects also as Bathing after meal delays digestion. The blood around the stomach flow to some other parts of the body during taking bath instead of helping with digestion.
