    Default Smelly feet

How to prevent smelly feet? What to use? And does smelly feet mean that you have an athlete's foot and fungal infection?

no not necessarily. my grandaughter had this problem for a long time. she had to wear sneakers to school as it was part of her uniform. her feet perspired and bacteria built up on her feet and the smell was very offending. we had her wash her feet every morning and night with antibacterial soap and got new sneakers and we spray them with lysol once a week. her feet still perspire but they don't smell hardly at all.

Soak your feet in water & vinegar(any kinds) for about 20 minutes/application at least 4 times a week. This will seriously remove bad odor of your feet. Smelly feet does not necessarily mean that you have an athlete's foot and fungal infection.

Water:Vinegar = 1:2 or vinegar alone should be perfectly fine.

maybe you don't wear your socks. Sometimes if your feet gets too sweaty and plus! your not wearing your socks, then it will result to a very smelly feet. smelly feet whenever your not wearing your socks is natural hehehehe. Try relaxing your feet and try not to stress it out to avoid it from sweating too much.

Adding to Twilightmind's suggestion is to add 2 drops of sage essential oil to a foot bath everyday for a week - you also at tea tree oil as well.

Many people have stinky feet and often it has nothing to do with hygiene. My son-in-law showers twice a day and he has stinky feet. He has tried the sage and tea tree oil foot bath and it works for him.

yes my granddaughter would shower every day. it sometimes has to do with hygiene but sometimes it is because of circumstance.

tested and true: put a layer of baking soda in your shoes overnight and then in the morning tap it to remove excess and wear your shoe as you normally would
