Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid) – Prevents hair loss. Can be found in whole grains, eggs, and certain meats.

Manganese – Improves hair growth. Can be found in whole grains, eggs, nuts, beans, fish, and chicken.

Vitamin B6 – Prevents hair loss. Can be found in whole grains, vegetables, eggs, and certain meats.

Potassium – Promotes circulation and helps hair growth. Can be found in bananas, brown rise, garlic, nuts, dried fruits, raisins, and yogurt.

Vitamin B12 – Prevents hair loss. Can be found in eggs, fish, chicken, and milk.

Selenium – Promotes scalp health. Can be found in fish, whole grains, certain meats, and broccoli.

Silica – Creates stronger hair. Can be found in seafood, rice, and green vegetables.

if your hair loss is genetic i don't know how much you can do. there are specialists that deal with hair loss. using rogaine,(minoxidil) will help but if you don't keep using it your hair will start to fall out again. in the us a lot of men just shave their heads when they start to go bald. i would rather see a bald head than see a man trying to cover his bald spot with hair from the sides. a good example would be donald trump. he looks ridiculous!

The first advice a physician hair restoration specialist might give a minor with hair loss is Don’t panic. I understand. Male pattern hair loss is a common, inherited condition and it is normal to be bothered by it. We can almost certainly find a way to manage it by making decisions tailored to your individual needs.

    Hi,
Why don not you consult with hair doc? It will help you. Hair loss can be due to tension and changing place and water.
Regular doing shampoo is not the solution. You must take green vegetables.

You might have Alopecia areata, Alopecia areata is an immune-mediated form of nonscarring
hair loss that often presents in childhood or adolescence. Although the exact pathogenesis of alopecia areata remains undetermined, it is hypothesized that, in genetically susceptible individuals, loss of immune privilege of the hair follicle leads to T-cell-mediated inflammation against anagen hair follicles.

Teens with patchy alopecia areata involving less than 50% of the scalp should be offered intralesional injections of corticosteroid as first-line treatment.

Regrowth is usually seen in 4–8 weeks. For those unable to tolerate injections, high-potency or ultra-potency topical steroids may offer some benefit, and efficacy may be enhanced if used with topical minoxidil.

You can also Anti-fall and Renewal Shampoo. It is a herbal product recommended by Jackie Chan. A few friends who have used it told me that it prevents hairs from falling and makes the hair thicker.

The product contains precious Chinese herbs extracts such as Gastraodia Tuber, Radix Rehmanniae, Sophora Flavescens, Polygonum, Cuscuta chinensis, Szechuan Lovage Rhizome ,Arborvitae Leaf. It can help to restrain and balance your sebum, nourish hair follicles, strengthen your hair root to make hair stronger and prevent hair loss.
