Looks like you have been suffering from alopecia areata. Most trigerring factors being stress and yea genetic factors also play role in this. If topical creams are not working on you, intra-lesional steroid injection given every week for atleast a months might help. If still all the treatment fails you could consider follicular unit hair transplant with a dermatological consultation.

you have to consult a dermatologist for this, and safety depends on dermatologist hand. But to remember it could replase again so multiple injection per year might required. Local pain with decrease in tissue and depression of skin might occur, but it all depends on dematologist hand.

If you live in stress than that`s why that happens. Try to leave in peace...It`s stupid when you are reading this, but it`s for real. I know few friends which had same problem.

There are several possible causes of eyebrow hair loss and you need to identify the cause of thinning eyebrows in order to properly stop the hair loss. It is not clear whether you have made a mistake in your query – if you are actually suffering from rashes in the eyebrow area, then the cause of the hair loss is quite obvious, and so is the treatment. You need to identify the cause of the rash, and treat it; once the rash goes away, the hair on your eyebrows will gradually grow back, and your eyebrows will eventually return to their normal state. However, if you meant that both your eyebrows and eye lashes are thinning and you are losing eyebrow hair, then this could be a sign of some more serious health problem. Hair loss from the eyebrows and eye lashes is often a sign of a thyroid problem. Hypothyroidism specifically – a condition in which the thyroid gland produces insufficient amounts of the thyroid – is known to cause hair loss from the eyebrows and lashes. Most often the outer third of the eyebrows is lost. Hypothyroidism will of course cause other symptoms too. These could include fatigue, depression, muscle loss, muscle cramps, weight gain, and constipation. Even if you do not have these symptoms, you should get yourself tested, just to be on the safe side. It could be that the hair loss is, for some reason, the first symptom for you.

If you are already on any kind of medication for a medical disorder or condition, this medication could also be causing the hair loss, especially if you are on any kind of hormone supplements. You should ask your doctor whether such a side effect is possible, and what can be done about it. If your hair loss is mild, then the best thing to do is simply continue with the medication, but if there is severe hair loss, you may need to find an alternative. Make sure that you do this with your doctor’s help, not on your own.

You should check your skin to ensure that you do not have any kind of fungal infection that is causing eyebrow hair loss and lashes to fall out. This should be quite easily identifiable – you will probably experience itching, and the skin will be inflamed or scaly. Keeping your skin clean and dry at all times should be enough to get rid of this infection. However, some skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema can also cause similar conditions, and could affect hair growth too. Therefore, you may need to visit a doctor for a professional diagnosis and treatment.

You do have some options. You might want to talk to your dermatogist to see if there is something in your diet, or something out of wack with your hormones which may be contributing to the problem. I know a lot about this subject, as the place I work for has specialist for lashes, brows and extensions. The eyebrow problem you are having may also be simply due to genetics. I don't know if you are interested, but a lot of men and women go for eyebrow tatooing now. You just have to be really careful who you choose. You want the brows to be subtle, and not too much. Hope this helps.
