i used to use dove or caress bar soap on my face and i didn't have any problems with but many seem to have dryness or extra oilyness. today at 59 my skin is almost normal. i am sure someone on the board can give you some ideas. dove is very gentle to your skin. it has been recommended for over 40 years.
