    Default Are your stretch marks stretching your limits?

    It is very common that almost every woman in a specific time of their lives will develop stretch marks. Others simply have a generic predisposition to stretch marks and get them everywhere and others, never develop stretch marks at all.

    It is very important to exercise in order to get rid of stretch marks; toning your muscles helps your skin to remain firm thus preventing stretch marks.

    Make sure your diet contains plenty of protein and foods rich in Vitamin C and Vitamin E, they promote good tissue growth.And also massaging your body with olive oil or Vitamin E may help.

    You can also try this homemade recipe: Mix one ounce of carrier oil (try avocado, sweet almond, jojoba, they are the best) with seven drops of lavender and five drops of chamomile.

    Here is another good recipe:
    1/2 cup virgin olive oil.
    1/4 cup aloe vera gel.
    liquid from 6 capsules of Vitamin E.
    liquid from 4 capsules of Vitamin A.
    Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. After that pour the mixture into a jar and store it in the fridge. Apply the oil externally all over the places where the stretch marks commonly appear (abdomen, hips, thighs and breasts). If you do this consistently every day, you may prevent stretch marks.

    Try to use lotion to prevent you from having stretch mark especially when your pregnant. I also suggest you to use cocoa butter and vitamin E oils. And always drink plenty of water to keep your skin moist from within.

    The tip which you had provided was really very nice. In general I follow the below tip and it really worked for me.

    Stretch Marks Removal Tip:

    A mixture of salt, honey and glycerin can be used to make a body scrub that can help get rid of stretch marks. To use this natural remedy, combine tsp. salt, 1 tsp. honey and 1 tsp. glycerin in a small container and stir to combine. Massage the mixture onto your skin for five minutes and rinse with lukewarm water and wash with a gentle cleanser. Pat the skin dry and apply your regular moisturizer. This treatment should be used twice per day for maximum benefit, and unused portions should be kept in the refrigerator for later use for no more than 48 hours.

    I used invicible scars for my stretch marks and it worked pretty well on them.

    Yes, I too agree with the homemade recipe. Mixing a few drops of lavender and chamomile with 1 ounce of jojoba oil. This one of the best solutions which will help one reduce the stretch marks. If you use lavender oil during your early stage of pregnancy it will surely help you to avoid stretch marks. Do consult your doctor before using it.
