Fats are needed to fight inflammation, to keep your heart healthy and to some extent prevent cancer. They are important particularly for people with inflammatory conditions such as eczema, acne etc. Here are some of my suggestions on how to get more essential fats:

1.Flaxseed and walnut oil - Use flaxeed oil or walnut oil with balsamic vinegar as a salad dressing. Be sure to keep these oils refrigerated. They should not be heated.

2.Supplements - Consider fish oil supplements.
