My husband and I started P90X in Jan. We exercise 1 hour 5 days a week.
I have to get up at 5:45 to get it done but feel so good afterwards!

I'm getting old so can't do heavy exercise. Just few minutes of morning exercise to keep my cardio good.

I was always lazy about exercise earlier - somehow I felt that housework was enough exercise. But now I know better. I go to the gym 3/4 times a week and go for a walk everyday.I definitely feel much much better and in brighter spirits after becoming regular

I think living in the UK, with the life style we have, it feels like we dont have time to even eat... thats way fast food and microwave meals are so popular!! I try and do yoga about 3 times a weeks... i do about 45 minutes. I wish i could do it everyday but its just having time!!

That's great I exercise every morning then in the afternoon just to perspire and burn fats and it makes me feel good afterwards also. I suggest you to do go to sauna or do yoga for you to burn fats even more.

I exercise once a week. But I just do it if I want to because I don't want to force myself. Too much exercise is not good for the health and the body. So I suggest dont tire yourself so much.

Yeah, right!! It can force your body, but can`t force you that it hurts you. When it starts to force you, you are tired and you`re stopping with any exercise. So, you can`t force yourself with excercise...
