I think this is a very good idea!

Drinking too much of one thing can cause some trouble, even just water. As long as you keep yourself hydrated and keep your options open with what you drink you should be fine

I don't think sweat is the main cause of this, if you keep yourself clean and wash your pores out it should help it alot, it will be the dirt staying in your pores that will cause this.
