Does Oil pulling treatment works on KP, i saw some other KP community where they did benefit from oil pulling. does anyone know here about this. They benefit from using coconut oil for this.

yea thats what i was also thinking its not bad to have tatoo.. my tatoo looks cool.

try shaving in the hair direction ie downward, don't shave opposite this might also help prevent rash.

avoid long standing,don't use synthetic fabrics socks only use cottom socks this helps and yea insert your feet in cold water.
