Yeah computer eye strain does it for me. Sleep will help and again healthy eating is important to always look and feel healthy.

Ive been a bit scared to use chemicals and powders just in case it does worse things later in life. Dont want to end up with cancer or something..I would rather hair than that.

Ive heard that sometimes bacon, eggs toasts and juice is a good start too. Im not too sure if its just for energy or its actually healthy but I beleive everything in moderation is ok.

Theres a few rivers near where I live however there not the sort you would want to swim in. Id love a nice clear river to canoe or swim in.
