    Although these all things having benefits but good diet is the basic thing that keeps you and your skin healthy. First of all in now a days fast food is most liked food, oily food dangerous for skin, it creates skin problems. So for healthy skin you have to care for you diet and then water plays very important role, drink plenty of water and keep the skin fresh and healthy always.
