    Default Abnormal sores/blisters/bunps

So I have had Fordyce Spots for as long as remember. I work in an extremely hot/humid industrial environment and heat rash is not so uncommon. I had sex with a previous partner for the first time in about a month 5 days ago. Today at work I had an itch in my groin area that started to bother me so I checked it out and saw what looked like small blisters. I wouldn’t say they are painful. Almost like an irritation. My first reaction was Herpes of course.my question is is it possible to be infected Fordyce spots from an irritation of my underwear or possible heat rash? I went 48 hrs with out a shower due to a working two shifts and falling asleep on the couch. .
