So, even after you have washed the dishes add a small amount of lotion to your hands and spread them around evenly. You will notice the difference within a few weeks of using lotion daily.

The best way to moisturize your lips is by using a non-smudge chap stick. There are several types of chap sticks in the market, and some will smudge on your scarf or on your hands, if it comes into contact. There are regular lip balms that are colorless and odourless which work just as fine in keeping your lips from cracking.
Tip #4 – Dry air has been known to accelerate dry skin, so make sure that you are not cupped up into a room without any ventilation. If it is cold outside and you are in a room with heating, you may experience dry skin. If you can manage to add some moisture into the air, it would reduce the effects of dry skin. Some people choose to put a bowl of water beside the furnace, so that water vapour is present in the air.
