Default Dry skin and spots :(

I was wondering is anyone could help me out here, during the summer my skin seems to be fine but as soon as winter comes and its all cold my skin becomes so dry. I use face moisturiser morning and night but it seems to make me get white heads around my nose and on my chin, but on my nose its hard to squeeze them Does anyone have any tips on how to help me around this?

Hey, you shouldn't squeeze white heads at all. I know it's very tempting because they look annoying, but the more you squeeze the more it will get aggravated. Try using another kind of moisturizer on your skin, preferably one that isn't too oily.

Thanks for the tip, you know when I don't use anything my skin is fine. Is this because its blocking up my pores?
