Having problems with my toes :(

hello!! since yesturday my feet have ben really getting swollen, they say because i eat too much salt others cuz i need to walk more but i walk alot so thats not it. But i do eat alot of salt. What could i do so i can have my feet back to normal?

Take a rest for few days or don't stand for long nor sit for a long time hanging your legs, keep legs elevated ( if possible above the heart level, laying down) How old are you, where is it actually swollen ? any specific localized area or as a whole, single leg or both...press the area with your thumb for few seconds, does the depression cause by thumb pressure comes back to normal with in seconds or it takes time? Cut down salt.

Hi well both feet are very swollen, I am 19 years old. THey kind off hurt when i move them, I feel terrible. am not hungry nothing.

i think you should go to a doctor. have the doctor check for bug bites, sunburn, poison ivy oak or sumac. you might have an infection. please see a doctor. if it is systemic you need to see a doc anyway.

Thank you and my feet is much better. I went to the doctor already.
