Retin-A is the only cream that has been proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles. It can be harsh on your skin so if you want to use it just take it slow. Use it perhaps every second or third day for the first few weeks or even months. It does work. You an get a prescription from your doctor. Be weary of ordering medicines online as you cannot be sure of what you are really getting.

Retin-A is a powerful acne treatment medication, derived from vitamin A. It can be used to treat mild to moderately severe acne, and is especially effective for those with acne many blackheads and whiteheads.

I have heard that Retin-A is used to combat acne by increasing cell turnover which leaves skin with less blocked pores. When using Retin-A avoid exposure to sunlight or artificial UV rays. It can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight and may result in sunburn.
