hi everyone,

I joined up here hoping someone might have the answer to strange spots on my hands, iv been battleing with them for almost a year and they just wont go, the seem to be more irritated in hot weather/out in the sun.

they dont really itch either.

could I have scabies?

No its not scabies. well, can u answer me few questions..

Do they come and go?
do you have these lesion on your palm ?
is it just one hand or both hands involved?
What you do?
Pic not clear... do they have clear fluid inside them..?

Looks like some type of contact hand dermatitis, probably irritant type..but anyway please answers those questions so we could suggest u better...

yes, i do agree with Deepak. Seems llike contact dermatitis to me too most probably irritant type. though its very difficult to distinguish between irritant type and allergic type from the picture ,patch test can only confirm it. i hope u answer questions of Deepak:if you have those lesions in other parts of your body too? does it come and go? do you remember coming in contact with some suspected allergen (metal,dusts,detergents,solvents,alkalis,oils etc)before those rashes appear?do other members in your family also have such type of tendencies?
