Default Warts? No idea, please help!

I have had these bumps on my palms for almost ten years (I'm 24), and some on soles of my feet aswell. I have no idea what they are, does anyone else have this or know what on earth it is? They have been bothering me for ten years now. I can easily scratch them off or pick them off, but they will always grow back again. They don't itch or hurt or anything, but they do like to hook on towels or soft material. Very annoying.

hi ! would like to ask you few things ,if the lesions on your palms are deep seated fluid blisters or air filled blisters ? do you have it on both hands and feet ? is it recurrent or are u having those all the times? is it related to any certain weather conditions, stress or other aggravating factors? do other members in your family also have this problems ?

They are actually solid. Like little hard stones or warts. I have them on both hands and feet yes, and they are permanently there. For almost ten years they have never gone away even for a moment. Noone else in my family has them.

From the picture and the history you have given the lesion seems like "Keratosis palmoplantaris papulosa" to me which is rare hereditary disease seen in people between 10 -30 years. may be associated with an increased risk for cancer in some families, careful surveillance for cancer may also be required. This may occur due to mutation in chromosome 15 and can occur spontaneously for first time in a family. It is a type of punctate keratoderma.

Treatment includes use of emollients, Keratolytics (e.g. salicylic acid or urea), Topical retinoids and Mechanical debridement or excision etc.

I would suggest you to personally consult a dermatologist and exclude the possible probability of cancer, also treat it accordingly.
