Worried about this spots on thigh? Is this Cancer? is this how it behaves? Kaposi?

I have 5 spots on my right thigh which look like kaposi for 8-9 years now. it appeared when i was 14 (that was when i first noticed it) nw am 23 and has remained intact ever since. it has just remained the same.
Spots are waxy, slight raised, slightly redish or brown in my dark brown skin. no pain no itch does not change color. first three spots are slightly raised and remaining 2 are in line with my skin. The spots look almost dark on my dark brown skin, when under a bright blue or fluroscent light it looks slightly reddish. (CHECK THE PICS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE).
These spots have never bothered me until one day this fear just popped in me if I could be infected with some HIV or Kaposi virus.
Given the fact that, HIV is infected only through sexual contact and that I have never had an exposure or put myself at any such risk I'm all worried what this could be?
I have also heard that this particular cancer (kaposis) only affect people with aids , that too at a later stage of HIV infection when ones immune system has taken severe toll.



Please note:
I'm an Indian). Dark Brown Skin.
Heterosexual. Never had sex with anyone. Never injected drugs. Never had a blood transfusion/organ transplant.
Solo masturbation (regular/prone masturbation) is the only thing i have indulged in.
Prone masturbation which is masturbation on the floor,bed,blanket, carpet etc, did it when i started masurbating when i was 12. Later I adopted the normal handson position since I found it uncomfortable.
For the record, sometime when I was 11 i also developed a small wart on my right palm and it disappeared after a year or so.


These are some of the doubts I have:

IS THIS HOW KS CANCER BEHAVES? I MEAN, DOES IT REMAIN AS SUCH FOR YEARS?
HOW DOES KS CANCER NORMALLY BEHAVE WHEN IT APPEARS ON SKIN? DOES IT PAIN OR SWELL OVERTIME IF LEFT UNTREATED?

What could these spots be?
What do you think this is?
What skin condition do you attribute these spots to?

i don't think they are kaposi sarcoma. you have had these for years. i think it is just maybe moles or scars from ingrown hairs. if you are that worried have a doctor look at them. stop worrying. besides making yourself over distraught go to a doctor or a dermatologist. these haven't changed in years. if you had ks they would look like ulcers now. for your own peace of mind have them checked out but i don't think it is anything for you to get yourself upset about.

No, this is not a cancer because if someone having cancer, in the early stage he/she has pain on that parts but you do not have pain.so, its not a symptom of cancer. If you are worried about this spots, so, go to dermatologists and they can teach you well about this spots and you cam become tension free.
