Besides All these points there are some practices that cause hair loss.
Women specially do these mistakes and results in hair loss.
Normally women rub hair with towel after having a bath. That is truly not helping, this cause to make your scalp pores more wide and hair comes out from it easily.
Practice of combing or brushing your hair just after washing them is also damaging. Hair are made of protein, it absorbed water and get soften, when you comb them they split out from scalp or even break from middle point. This also make your hair look abrupt.

Natural hair loss in a man, or male pattern baldness, as it is normally called is basically due to male hormones, (collectively known as Androgens). The most relevant of these hormones with regards to hair loss is called testosterone. In the case of a man who has inherited the necessary genes for hair loss, a little of this testosterone is formed by some of the hair roots into a derivative called Dihydrotestosterone. It is Dihydrotestosterone that is actually responsible for hair loss.
