      Default Need to shape up my buttocks,thigh and hip

      I need to get rid of my fat on buttocks,thigh and hip. I delivered my first child 2 years back with C-section. So what will be the safe and fast way to get rid of those fat.

      Liposuction would be better and safe to give up a shape up. You can also consider tummy tuck surgery since you had child your you might also have loose skin under lower abdomen. Just consult a doctor for more details.

      In my opinion liposuction is better way but listen Ashma, go to your doctor and get more details. It would be the best idea...
