Japanese Hot Spring? (Spring Bath)
Hi!
One of my friends just came back from a short trip to Japan and she told me she went to a "Bath House" where you share a huge bath tub with random people...
It is kind of strange and I think I'd feel very
if I have to take a bath with strangers (naked)... but My questin is... What is the benefit of Hot Spring/Spring Bath? I heared it is good for your skin and body but I would like to know more about it!

It helps remove dead skin cells which makes the skin more healthier and fresh
