    Default How do I get smooth, clear skin?

    Id like to share two recipes with you: the first one will rid you of wrinkles, and the second one will help you remove the unwanted facial hair. The combined result is smooth and positively glowing skin at any age!

    1. Anti-wrinkle cream recipe:
    You will need:

    2 tsp petroleum jelly
    1 tbsp almond oil or olive oil
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp honey
    1 ripe avocado
    How to prepare:

    Heat up the petroleum jelly for a few seconds until it softens either in a pot on the stove or in a microwave-safe container in the microwave.
    Add the honey and mix well. Add the rest of the ingredients, with the egg yolk at the end. Mix vigorously until you get a homogeneous paste. Put the cream in a covered jar, and shake well.
    How to use:

    First of all, let the mixture sit for at least 5 minutes.
    Wash and dry your face very well, and then apply the cream on your face.
    Gently massage for a few minutes in a circular motion, using your ring fingers.
    Let it rest for 30 minutes, and then remove with a cotton swab or towel moistened with mineral water.
    2. Facial hair removing mask recipe:
    You will need:

    2 tsp (heaped) gram flour
    1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    3-4 tsp fresh milk
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 tsp coconut oil
    How to prepare:

    Add all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well to get a thick paste. The result should look like an oily yellow mass.

    How to use:

    Apply a thick layer of paste to your face, avoiding eyelids and eyebrows.
    Spread the paste across all areas you want to make rid of hair.
    Let the mask dry for 10 minutes.
    Gently rub the dried mask with your fingers to remove it.
    When youre done, wash your face with warm water and dry it with a soft towel.
    Youll see a huge difference, and all in just 10 minutes!

    Diet is important. A good healthy diet will change your skin condition.
    - eat lots of fruits
    - dink at least 8 glasses of water
    - have some hot tea after every meal
    - avoid fried food


    You can also go for facial once a month to pamper your skin - esp if you are someone who put on make up daily.

    For a more serious condition, you may want to go for laser - but do seek for doctor's advice before you proceed
