1.) Orange peel

In Thailand people rub their teeth with the white side of the peel of an orange . There is an acid that makes your teeth whiter. When teeth are yellow you can rub them in with the orange peel every day, wait a few minutes and then rinse and brush your mouth and teeth.

After a week you can reduce the frequency back to 2 or 3 times a week. Too much is not good either. There is an acid in the skin that whitens your teeth but as with over-the-counter whitening toothpastes, this acid can affect the tooth enamel.

2.) Cloves

Cloves are used to whiten teeth. You can of course chew on a dried clove flower, but that is too fresh for most people. It is also possible to put 2 or 3 drops of clove oil on your toothbrush and brush your teeth. Clove has the added benefit of giving you fresh breath. Clove removes harmful oral bacteria.
