    Default Chronic rash after hives

The problem started two years ago. My legs broke out in a hive rash and kept doing so. I picked at some until I forced myself to stop. Most cleared up but two have slowly become a chronic rash that is slowly spreading. It itches and responds to no treatment. I am starting to wonder if it is no longer hives and possibly progressed into something else. Please ... advice needed. My dermatologist appointment is still months away.
