    Default Liposuction Vs Tummy Tuck

Does anyone know the difference or had either? I am a little overweight and i would love to get a tummy tuck or liposuction--of course I don't have the money now, but this would be one of those medium term goals. Do any of you know the difference, if you only have one, both or if certain ones are recommended over the other. Also recommend best surgery clinic ?
    Thanks

Usually someone who has had three full term pregnancies will have excess skin. Liposuction alone really does nothing to address this problem. A full tummy tuck, on the other hand, involves removal of both skin and fat as well as tightening of the abdominal muscles which often have some laxity, especially after multiple pregnancies.
