Strange red spots on legs(

Hello, i'm sorry for my bad english grammar,but i hope that you can help me find out what i have
So this little red spots on my hips and one on the leg. They start from little red dot and then with time grow. I've been having them for more than a year. They come and go over and over again.
They are dry,no itch,no pain.
