Unhappy What can I do for this?

Hi guys. I've had these dark spots on the back of my neck for years now. However they were very small and never really bothered me, but now I'm seeing that it's spread all over the back of my neck. I don't have it anywhere else, apart from my back, and the texture is the same as my normal skin.

Should I go to a doctor? Or is there something I can do for it at home? It's really affecting my confidence because I can't have my hair down anymore.

I've attached a picture. Thanks for the help

Visiting the doctor is the best option.. For me it looks like Pityriasis Versicolor (caused by a type of yeast, fungus). Daily application of antifungal medications With short course of oral antifungal might resolve the problem.
