    I was a little nervous reading the title of the thread. I thought it would say tea was harmful. My tea addiction is not so bad after all then. I think green tea would be a much better option than the regular one. I am not to fond of the green tea taste .

    Are you serious? I don't know, I'm always kind of skeptical about things like these. Scientists are always making new discoveries these days. One day something is very good for you, the next it causes cancer. I just eat and drink everything. That way I get the best of everything.

    Green tea especially has excellent antioxidants which can help our bodies prevent some nasty things such as pre cancerous cells from forming in our bodies. These antioxidants can also help to prevent heart disease. They have shown now that heart disease is either the number 2 or 3 killer of women over the age of 40 now so this is very important as well! Drink your tea!

    YES, drinking TEA is great for you. but you have to make sure you drink ORGANIC tea!

    by the way, have anyone heared of DETOX tea?

    yup heard but never taken. It promotes detoxification process.
