Redness of the palm may be a minor or a serious issue. Sometimes the liver problem may become a reason for palm redness. In your case it may be due to some harmonic metabolic changes. This redness can be reduced by applying essential oils like germanium oil, tea tree oil with a mixture of olive oil. This will surely help to reduce the redness. Or else consult a doctor .

Welcome to DermaTalk jake. So u mean SLE? looks like SLE Vasculitis...Well since when have u had this? Do you have any rash on other parts of the body, face? When u press the lesion does it (blanch) fade out.
Does it itch or pain or any other sensation?
Are you on any medications for Lupus?

So it is Lupus Vasculitis.. looks like your disease is in active stage. I know Lupus meds can have many side-effects but in active and progressive stage of disease it can be very useful to prevent further damage to the system. What have you done to prevent flare-ups and further disease progression? Are you on regular checkups for kidney, heart function and other systemic examination? I would suggest you to visit the doctor and know about your disease progression and manage accordingly.
