warts

i have started having warts about 15 years ago but of late it has increased a lot it is spreading all over my body and my face ..its small and balck in colour . teh doc says i need to remove it and it will come back again


is there a permanant treatment for the same. and how can i stop form it reoccuring ...kindly advi

medical treatment are not much effective. you can do surgical but there is chances of reoccurance.
Cryosurgery with Liquid nitrogen is good but 20-30% of the cases might reoccur.Other might be carbon dioxide lasers but there is also 20+% chances of reoccur and its expensive..well you can give it a try though.
