Default Wart? I don't know what they are?

Hello! I am Ano, I am a regular teenage boy. Um I have a question regarding a skin bump type thing on the shaft of my penis. I have had them for as long as I could remember. Probably even before I was sexually active! I am a virgin but I have had oral sex, but I have had these wart type things for as long as I could remember. They don't hurt, itch, or anything! They are just there. There are 4 of them, (well one of them kind of vanished) but they are in the same spots but across from each other like perfectly? Its pretty weird.
    Thank You, Tiano

Welcome to the forum Taino, a picture would have been better...anyway so are they skin colored bumps? How large are they? they can be Lichen nitidus or milia or syringoma, without a clear picture its hard to suggest.
