I picked a pimple that was on my neck and it tried scabbing but I kept picking the scab every time and now it won't scab and it's flat on and it feels like it's normal but when I look in the mirror at it it doesn't look normal. The skin looks like ringworm but it's not ringworm. Hi Alex! Ido not see any wrong here, it just seems like normal healing wound.just try not to frequently irritate it with your nails and hands. You can also apply good moisturizer with mild steroid(1% hydrocortisone ) and topical antibiotic to reduce the redness and accelerate the healing process of wound.

Yes , he said right. Just avoid irritation or rubbing it frequently with your hands or nails and use some kind of iodine ointment. I think this will help you in getting relief.
