Default How to make breasts bigger naturally?

    Hello Guys!
I am a 32 D and I'm 17 but my breasts don't look as big as they sound.
It could be because I'm skinny.. but I'm wondering if there's anyway to make my breasts bigger naturally?
    Any suggestion.

    Thanks!

You saied that you are skinny. Try to put some weight on you and see what is happening. That is not a joke, I know a lot of girls that noticed a breast growth when they tried to gain weight.

Also make exercises for chest muscles. You should find a lot of ideas on google or youtube.

If that don't work, I suggest you to be happy with your breast. Big breasts are hard to be carried with you )

    Step 1
Drink fenugreek tea, suggests Mothernature.com, an alternative medicine website. Add 1 cup fenugreek sprouts to a saucepan. Pour 1 cup water over the sprouts. Mix in a pinch of additional herbs such as lemongrass, marjoram, fennel, dill, anise, basil or caraway. Bring the tea to a rolling boil. Pour it into a mug and add lemon or honey for additional flavoring. Allow it to cool. Drink one to two cups daily.

    Step 2
Wear the Brava bra, which must be worn for 10 weeks at a time for 10 hours a day. The bra has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration. It works by stimulating the breasts with tension, causing breast tissue to grow half to one full cup size at the end of the 10-week period, according to Mybrava.com.
    Step 3
Include push-ups in your daily exercise routine. Lay down on your stomach; bend your knees if desired. Maintain the palms slightly wider than shoulder width, suggests Stronglifts.com, an online fitness guide. Keep a straight form and tuck in your abs. Lower your body by bending at the elbows and then push back up. Remember to face down and keep your neck in line with your spine to avoid injury.
    Step 4
Eat foods high in estrogen, suggests Yournaturalwellness.com, a healthy living website. Choose fruits such as apples, cherries or plums. Include vegetables such as yams, soybeans, peas and peppers. Other food items high in plant estrogen include oats, garlic and alfalfa sprouts.
    Step 5
Include monosaturated fats in your diet. These fats distribute evenly over your body, including your breasts. Use olive oil for cooking. Consume avocados, herring, nuts and sesame seeds. Linseed, sesame and avocado oils are also recommended.

    Tips and Warnings
Fennel and fenugreek contain plant forms of the female hormone estrogen. Both have been used in herbal remedies for hundreds of years, promoting breast enhancement.

See having smaller breast is not a problem but I don't know why many girls wanted bigger breasts....but its perfectly fine its ur choice you want to increase your breast size so you can use some breast enhancement pills or creams which has natural ingredients so that it doesn't affects you....Always remember that never go for surgery or anything it is painful and some times even doesn't succeed....

Wear clothes with a detailed neckline. Lace, ruffles and jewels, gathered material, pleats, ruching and twists are some examples of neckline details that enhance breast size appearance. These sorts of details provide a visual boost and help to make the breasts appear larger. When wearing ruffles, be careful that they are not so big that they overpower the size of your breasts; this risks going the other direction and making them look smaller!
Stay away from low V or low scoop necklines, as give the appearance of shrinking the size of your breasts. Instead, wear moderately high, asymmetrical, crew or gathered necklines. These are the most flattering for women with smaller breasts as they enhance their shape and make them appear bigger.
Avoid wearing tight-fitting clothing. Obviously, such clothing reveals all––what is and what is not there. Loose, roomy tops and layers are a better choice when you don't want to draw attention to smaller breasts.
