what is this on my lip? its been here for a while now and its getting kind of annoying. how to treat it? how long will it take? thank you.

Doesn't look like acne (pimple) nor cold sore to me.

Is it hard or soft, filled with fluids or not?
on this pic it looks rough, and dry and warty, is the surface rough or smooth ?
Do you have this on any other places like hand, foot or genitals.
Is it painful? any sensation ?
Any other symptoms ?
How old are you, what about ur sexual life?
