    Healthy breakfast must be taken just to make the body more efficient and energetic by all means.so it is necessary to take such food which should be comprising of the minerals as well vitamins.so that the whole day may pass with full of hard working .

    Breakfast have own importance in our life so we should be eat the healthier break fast in the morning.But if you want to keep more good and healthier fitness then you should be morning walk for the fitness and the weight loss..I like these foods
    in the brekfast...
    1 Yogurt
    2 Milk
    3 Fresh juices
    4 Fresh fruits
    5 Pasta
    6 Noddles

    No doubt that all these things are healthy and good to eat in breakfast. Breakfast is important for everyone because it provides our body energy and strength. It is the most important meal of the day.

    In my opinion breakfast should be heavy and amazing because the beginning of the day should be great and it must be with breakfast and i prefer juices and then bread with butter, cheese and egg and in the end a cup of tea is sufficient.
