Something that is good for any kind of scaly scalp problem is to look to supplementing the diet with zinc. It helps with scaly itchy skin and scalp issues.
Wet your hair well with vinegar and massage into the scalp.
Leave the vinegar in the hair for about five minutes.
Once it starts to dry wash your hair.
Repeat this process daily until the dandruff disappears, usually within a few days

Last time, I have a very bad dandruff problem, now it's all gone.Try using Selsun or Head and Shoulder shampoo. It works for me.
Won't vinegar hurt the scalp though? I used to have really itchy scalp when I had dandruff so I scratched all the time. The result was that I had some open wounds on my head too. It's very interesting though. I'll try it next time if Head&Shoulders doesn't. How much vinegar should I use though? Is half a cup enough?
Cool! Thanks for the recipes Ashma! I am having dandruff right now (its the beginning of winters you see). I will try this recipe out and will let you know the results here.

Yeah i find that Natural remedies very interesting.Thanks.
Thanks for the instructions!
Will probably help a lot of people, however I consider myself very lucky these days, so I probably won't need this myself. I used to have horrible dandruff problems! This might sound a bit over used and what not, but I just use head and shoulders these days. A lot of people might say that it doesn't work for them, but strangely enough it works for me.
