Late night sleep is a bad disease,you should take atleast 8 hours sleep daily.late night sleep can occur many diseases like sleep apnea,snoring etc.
oh god. I go to sleep at 11o pm. I remember when i used to go to bed early and know i don't.
My sleeping time is not fix.But i try to go to bed around 10 or 11 Pm.
I go to bed around 10 pm and my time is fix for sleeping.
sleeping habit can be changed by changing your work routine.
if somebody is free have nothing to do much and free all the time so its obvious he will not sleep earlier because he is relax.
but if someone doing job from 8am to 6pm then definitely he is tired because of long working and cant go to bed earlier for relaxation.
