Rules for Eyebrow Dying

Is there a rule where your eyebrows should be the same color as your hair? I have dirty blond hair and my eye brows are black. Should I dye them to the same color as my hair?

there is no rule that your eyebrows should be the same color as your hair. my daughter had white blonde hair as a child and her eybrows were brown and her eyelashes that were long enough to curl up around your finger were black!!!. her children also have the long eyelashes. i still don't know where she got them. wish i had them though.
