okay i am getting old

my toes are starting to show my age. i have used tea tree oil, a liquid fluconazole in dmso, and everything else on the market. i just am getting ugly toenails. my toes are getting crooked because i guess arthritis has hit them. i have bone spurs on both feet because of the arthritis. my nails on my large toes are becoming thick and one is raised. should i have them removed. my other nails are thick but no discoloring of the nail. i stand on my feet 8 hrs a day and i wear nursing clogs in my lab. got any suggestions?

grossed everyone out? hey it happens. this is a real question. i really would like to know what can be done to improve the health of my toes and toenails!!!!!!!

I hate feet! I had psoriasis and it infected my bigtoe nails. They got so thick and brittle I had to have them removed after they were ingrowing and hurting me and almost impossible to trim.
They can be removed and allowed to regrow to see if new growth helps or they can be removed permanently. If they are causing problems and you dont feel they will ever get back to normal then I would suggest removal.

Have you seen a doctor about this? The tea tree oil is antiseptic and antifungal. You should be safe there. But it sounds like your feet need more dedicated care.

i guess i will have to go to a foot doctor. more money. did you ever feel you don't have enough money to keep you alive?
