    Default Coffee Body Scrub

    Mix together

2 cups ground coffee (your choice)
1/2 cup sugar (white or brown)
    1/4 cup grapeseed oil
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 teaspoon allspice
4 drops of vanilla essential oil

Mix really well the coffee, sugar and cinnamon together.

Then add very slowly the grapeseed and essential oil while whisking the dry ingredients.

This is an awesome body scrub. Use it in the morning and it is a great start to your day!

It is wonderful Brenda and only takes a few minutes to make as well. And the best part is you probably have most of the ingredients in your kitchen already!

The recipes in this section are 100% natural and are a lot healthier for the skin that ready made products. You should try making some you would be very happy with the results and as well as the money you save.

The process does not take long at all. It probably takes longer going to the store and buying something, lol.

    This sounds delicious!

    I have a question

Then add very slowly the grapeseed and essential oil while whisking the dry ingredients.
why is it important to add oils slowly?

I add them slowly while whisking so that all of the ingredients gets mixed evenly. That is the important part to make sure everything is well mixed.

I always add my oils slowly in every recipe I make.

The recipe is awesome. I don't drink coffee but I love the smell of it so I guess you could say I get my coffee in the shower, lol.
