well if you use traditional pillows for years then it might cause wrinkle.They are called as pillow wrinkles or sleep lines.Women, who tend to sleep on their sides, are most likely to see these lines appear on their chin and cheeks. Men tend to notice these lines on the forehead since they usually sleep with the face pressed face down on the pillow. People who sleep on their backs do not develop these wrinkles since their skin does not lie crumpled against the pillow.
Some says using cotton pillows causes more wrinkles than slik pillows ,so what pillows are you using.may be you can use silk pillows to reduce it.
There are many companies selling sleep pillows that claims to reduce wrinkles you can check them if they work.i haven't tested.You can do some facial exercise to avoid wrinkles.
