Default How to dispose of sweating - some tips

First of all, Deodorant and Anti-perspirant products will help you.
Another good prevention is cleansing with antiseptic soap in combination with antibacterial creams.
Avoid spicy foods and foods rich in garlic, onion and pepper.
Drink more liquids - it will lessen you body temperature. If your urine is dark color - you need to drink more water.

actually sweating is necessary to get bacteria out of our bodies, but you do have to drink a lot of liquids. doesn't have to be cold just wet. try to stay away from sodas. most colas have caffeine in them and it is hard on your kidneys. paul g has good answers. also you could try corn starch, for overall sweating. some powders have anti bacterial agents in them. they are good also. if you get overheated sit down and relax. keep your head covered if you are working in the sun to prevent heat stroke.

Sweat is like urine in composition. Both contains urea, salt and water. And sweat should be extracted from body. It's our bodies function to excete sweat. But sometimes we need to regulate our sweating, it's abnormal if we do excessively.
Do not move unnecessarily, movements will cause sweating. Obviously, do not go to place where temperatures are higher.

If it's underarm sweating, and it's uncontrollable with regular anti-prespirents you can try Drysol. My husband had great success with it - check this out: [ Link Under Review ]

Try to avoid hot things and use more dairy products. Drink lots of water and use body deodorant.
