    Default sweating

    i want to know that after sweating how to tackle the itching and rashes problem????

    i honestly do not think that it is normal for you to get rashes and start itching after you sweat, but of course, i'm no dermatologist. so maybe you should go and visit one to see why? because i have never heard of this kind of problem...

    I've had this problem before but it was very seldom. In my case, the sweating and heat acted like a trigger for the rash. There's no particular treatment, but I made sure to clean the affected area. Sweat is made of waste eliminated by our body so it's really bad to let it dry on your skin. You might also want to apply some anti-itch cream on the affected areas so you won't scratch at it. That should help a bit. if this problem occurs every time you sweat, then you should go see your dermatologist to receive the best treatment and care.

    Powder the areas to try to help keep them dry. The excessive moisture can cause a heat rash or can also cause a yeast over growth in certain areas like under the breasts, the groin area or between toes even.
    There is a condition that is not well known where the sweat glands do not come to the top of the skin preventing them to sweat outside the skin and can cause some nasty rashes as well as blisters. If you feel this may describe your condition then seek a dermatologist. I would search it on the internet as well. My mother had to see about 10 doctors before she found out why she had this on the bottom of her feet.

    Perhaps you are exposed to some bacterias or something that cause itchiness. When you sweat, you are making your skin more conducive for these bacterias to grow and multiply so I think in order for you to prevent itchiness or at least to lessen it is by drying your skin and applying cool powder. But of course, if the itch doesn't seem all that normal anymore then you should go to your dermatologist right away!

    I've never heard of this problem before either. It doesn't make sense that your body would react to something that is meant to help it. If I were you, I'd talk to a dermatologist about it.

    The best is to consult a skin specialist; usually sweat do not cause any irritations to the skin unless there is an excessive amount or your skin is utra sensitive. One simple way is to always keep your skin dry at all times by wiping off the sweat instead of letting it evaporate by itself

    Something else you can do to avoid keeping sweaty areas from staying wet is to try to wear all cotton clothing or cotton blends. The cotton breathes and allows the sweat to evaorate better and helps to dry the skin, while other materials can actually trap the sweat on the skin and cause issues.

    You know what's even better than cotton? Organic cotton. It does everything that we think cotton can do, only a lot better.

    Organic cotton is wonderful to wear and nice and cool in the summer as well. However it is not as easy to find in clothing lines especially those who need to budget when it comes to buying clothing.
