Can i tattoo over vitiligo ?

I am thinking of getting a tattoo over my vitiligo spot on my arm. Its small,circular and have not changed as long as i remember.I was wondering if i can have tattoo over the spot. What is your suggestion.

yea you can but sometimes the tattoo color doesn't match skin color closely enough. Additionally, tattoo colors may fade on a long run and they don't tan. Remember to get tattoo from a skilled professional so you won't get further infection.
